Education trust for grandson to Kim Palmer
DAVID JUNIOR PALMER
Dave was a truck driver and laborer for Parrotta Paving in Morgantown. He enjoyed traveling, riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, working word puzzles and most of all spending time with his family.
Mr. Palmer is survived by his loving wife of eleven years Kimberly Reeves Palmer; his three step-children Michael A. Boyce of Fairmont and his companion Natosh Martin of Weston, William F. Boyce of Fairmont and his companion Janelle Ailstock of Fairmont and Amanda Boyce of Fairmont; three brothers and two sisters-in-law Homer Ray and Shirley Palmer, Edward "Skeeter" and Mary Palmer and Wayne "Pedro" Palmer all of Grafton; four sisters and two brothers-in-law Letha "Susie" Stewart of Orlando, FL, Rhoda and James Harr of Fairmont, Ada "Andy" Brock of Fairmont, Ramona Messenger of Fairmont and Joyce and Charles "Denny" McCormick of Clarksburg; his pride and joy grandson Pilot Martin of Weston; his father-in-law Bill Reeves of Benton's Ferry and three sisters-in-law Debbie Reeves, Melodie Kerns and Alesia McQuain all of whom he thought the world of; also several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews all of whom he loved dearly; also one special friend Joe Bartholow.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife of nine years Joyce Ball Palmer in 1985 and his mother-in-law Lindie Reeves.
Dave's family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Kim so she can set up a trust fund for their grandson Pilot.
Friends may call at the Frey Home For Funerals (Addition Chapel A), 320 Madison St., Fairmont Saturday from 12 - 7 pm. Services will be held in the funeral home at 7:00 PM with the Rev. Rex Musgrove officiating. Following the funeral Mr. Palmer's body will be cremated.
